Colombian Country Music Artist
Lala's story starts as a little girl in Cali, Colombia singing into her hairbrush and dreaming that one day she would get to play her songs to crowds of people. Whenever she was upset she found herself singing the thoughts in her head. Yet, she never dared to let another pair of ears hear her, let alone confess her biggest dreams to anyone.
Her unwavering desire to create music summoned all the confidence of a 10-year-old soul, until one day she asked her mom asked to move to the United States to pursue her dream. With that wish granted, she taught herself to play by listening to artists like Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Lady A, Shania Twain and Avril Lavigne on YouTube. Then, she secretly wrote songs from raw emotions.
Music and songwriting have helped Lala through the toughest and most euphoric times, led her to meet the most amazing people, and pushed her beyond her deepest fears. Now, her goal is to inspire and help others through this medium the way it has changed her life. Her latest single, Sanity, is out now!
